We love leaving Easter eggs in the interior, referencing personal stories from the lives of our clients, and this project is precisely such a case. In his youth, our client began his entrepreneurial journey by producing brass accessories in collaboration with his father. This business ended many years ago, but a large quantity of brass sheets - remnants from the production - had been stored in the garage until recently. Due to prolonged exposure to unsuitable conditions, the sheets oxidized and darkened. We cleaned them, polished them, and decided to use them in the cladding of the kitchen set and some other smaller interior details. The client requested not to cover the brass with protective coatings so that it would naturally age and transform into a unique piece of art.
