Our project for the reconstruction of a villa in Spain aimed at updating the layouts, interior and facade design, and complete modernization of all engineering systems. We reviewed heating, electricity, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply, and smart home systems with the integration of solar panels to enhance energy efficiency. Our team of architects developed detailed schematics for each system, taking into account all technical aspects and requirements. Then we meticulously coordinated and refined all the details in close collaboration with engineering specialists. We also carried out the reconstruction of the facades, including the expansion of openings, window replacement, and restoration while preserving the building's unique style. The organization of a new drainage system ensured effective rainwater runoff and the villa's long-term preservation. As a result of our work, the building acquired a modern appearance, maintaining local color and reflecting a high level of functionality and comfort. This project became an example of the successful implementation of a property renewal strategy that harmoniously fits into the surrounding environment and meets the high demands of clients.
