The developer provided us with building plans featuring a flat white facade with windows of indeterminate size. Our task was to create a unique architectural appearance for the building and design the interior of the public spaces. We conducted a thorough analysis of the surrounding buildings to harmoniously integrate the building into the architecture of the neighborhood, highlighting it through the use of materials and facade geometry. The first floor of the building is finished with dark Equitone fiber cement panels. By using these panels and dark finishes, we visually recessed the first floor, creating a base that gives the building stability. The facades of the upper floors are clad with clinker brick, laid with a change in the direction of the masonry. This created a unique rhythm and architectural appearance for the building. The seamless brickwork without jointing gives the facade a modern look despite the use of a classic material.
