PROJECT WL

Type: new building
Area: 270.0 sq.m
Year: 2023
Architects: Tima Stalmahov
Our task in this project was to reconstruct an old but promising segment of a terraced house in Warsaw. Inspired by the architecture of Greenwich Village, we created facades reflecting this aesthetic. We developed a unique design for the porch, window frames, and spot brick cladding. By reworking the layouts and changing the placement of windows and entrances, we significantly improved the functionality of the building and its surroundings. This approach not only increased the comfort of living but also enhanced the property's value. Special attention was paid to the landscaping around the house. On the side of the garage and the inner courtyard, we created a spacious terrace with several functional zones. The wide terrace staircase provides a smooth transition between the green part of the plot and the terrace itself, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for relaxation and socializing.
